We have reduced the capacity of all the hotel's common areas to ensure the necessary distancing can be maintained.
We've adapted all our restaurant's protocols to the requirements of this new situation: use of individual tablecloths, continual disinfection, use of single-serving sachets, etc.
The distance between the sunbeds has been increased and a capacity control system has been put in place.
All entertainment activities will be carried out in reduced groups, and the use of shared elements will be avoided.

Signage and decoration
We have implemented a signage system to guarantee compliance with protocols, and we have removed all decorative elements that are difficult to clean.

Distancing and hydroalcoholic gel
Safety distances have been signalled at the hotel's main customer care points. Likewise, guests will find numerous hydroalcoholic gel dispensers available to them.
Rooms will always be cleaned while guests are not on the premises.
All our cleaning staff are equipped with accredited PPE, and have the necessary prevention measures. They have also received specific training.
