Carefully designed dishes brimming with creativity, which make use of the best products and flavours from Cantabria to produce original, delicious menus.

Professional history:

He studied catering at the School of Hospitality in Santander, training at restaurants such as La Barca, Los Troncos and Gran Casino de Santander.

Head Chef at the restaurants La Cabaña, Zortziko (Bilbao) – alongside Daniel García – Restaurante Del Muelle and Restaurante Las Rejas – alongside Manuel de la Osa.

Chef at the restaurant VORS in Santander, achieving the Michelin Bib Gourmand award.

Currently Executive Chef at Capitana, member of the kitchen team at La Casona de las Fraguas and advisor at Ses Fotges Aparthotel (Majorca).

Founder of the restaurants El Serbal and El Nuevo Molino.

Prizes:

Awarded by the guilds of Anchoa and Zapico. His countless distinctions include two Michelin Stars (for El Serbal and El Nuevo Molino), the Novel Prize for Cantabrian Gastronomy, and the award for best chef in Cantabrian gastronomy.
